I am an Artist interested primarily in the astonishing artworks contained within the vellum pages of Hiberno-Celtic/English Illuminated Manuscripts, circa 500AD-1325AD, which I use not only as source material for my reproductions of the aforementioned manuscripts, but also as an inspiration for my own contemporary art which is firmly rooted in the iconography of a two thousand year old tradition.
